Due
to Elaine's high standards for confidentiality, the following
will occur. She will ask you if she can call, email or
snail mail you without any problems. If you prefer, she
can call and just leave her first name. That way roommates
or family members won't know what your business is with
Elaine. Her name and company name will NOT be shown, unless
you want it to be. If you are conducting a confidential
job search, there are things you can do and say to accomplish
this.
The
resume preparation process starts with an interview meeting
between you and Elaine. If you can't meet with Elaine
in person, she can get information from you via email
or phone. The interview process includes filling out a
resume questionnaire. You can fill it out or Elaine can
ask you the questions verbally. Each client has his or
her perference.
Within
3 to 7 days after the interview, your resume will be sent
to you via email for your review and approval. While Elaine
develops your resume, she may call or email you to get
further details on your job history or accomplishments.
This is done to ensure a high quality resume.
